Terms of service

These terms govern your use of tamy.gg ("we", "us"), an independent marketplace where users buy and sell virtual items, in-game currency, accounts and services for third-party games.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, buy or sell. We may close accounts we believe belong to minors.

2. We are a marketplace

Listings are created by independent sellers. We are not the seller of any item and we are not affiliated with Roblox, Valve, Epic Games, Riot Games or any other game publisher. Trading virtual goods may break a game's own terms of service. You accept the risk that a publisher may take action against your game account, including removing items or suspending accounts.

3. Payments, fees and holds

• Buyers pay the listing price plus a service fee shown at checkout.
• Payments are held until the order is confirmed, or the hold period for that category ends without a dispute.
• Sellers pay a fee on each completed sale, and a fee on withdrawals.
• Refunds are credited to your tamy.gg balance.

4. Seller obligations

• Only list items you own and have the right to transfer.
• Deliver promptly and exactly as described. Keep all communication in the order chat.
• You must not recover, reclaim or charge back anything you have sold. Doing so results in a permanent ban and loss of balance.

5. Prohibited

• Stolen, hacked or duplicated items or accounts; fraud; chargeback abuse.
• Taking payments or deals outside tamy.gg.
• Harassment, or sharing another person's personal information.

6. Disputes

Either party may open a dispute while an order is in progress or on hold. Our support team will review the order chat and any evidence, and decide whether to refund the buyer or release payment to the seller. Our decision on the order is final.

7. Suspension

We may suspend accounts, remove listings or hold balances while we investigate suspected fraud or breaches of these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law.
