How tamy.gg works
Buying
- Pick a listing and pay with crypto or your tamy.gg balance. A 5% service fee is added at checkout.
- Your payment is held by tamy.gg. It is not sent to the seller straight away.
- Chat with the seller on your order page. They deliver in-game (or send account details in the chat) and mark the order delivered.
- Check everything, then press Confirm received. If you don't, the payment releases automatically after the hold period.
- If something is wrong, press Open dispute before the hold ends. Payment is frozen and our support team reviews the chat.
- If the seller hasn't delivered within 48 hours of payment, you can cancel for a full refund to your balance.
Hold periods
- Items: 1 day
- Currency: 1 day
- Services: 2 days
- Accounts: 7 days. This one is longer because an account can be recovered by its original owner.
YouTube channels
YouTube only lets a channel change hands once the new owner has been added to it for 7 days, so channel orders work in two steps:
- After you pay, send the seller the Google account email you want to own the channel. The seller adds you to the channel and you accept the invite.
- After 7 days, the seller makes you the primary owner and removes themselves.
- Your payment stays on hold the whole time, then the normal accounts hold period starts once ownership is yours.
- If the seller doesn't transfer ownership within 48 hours of the 7 days ending, you can cancel for a full refund.
Selling
- Apply to become a seller. Every seller is reviewed by hand before they can list.
- A 8% fee is taken from each completed sale.
- When the hold period ends (or the buyer confirms), your earnings go to your tamy.gg balance.
- Withdraw to crypto or bank transfer from your wallet. There's a 2% withdrawal fee and the minimum is 10 GBP.
Refunds
Refunds go to your tamy.gg balance. You can spend it on another order or withdraw it.
